📊 RFP & Tender Support

As a Solution Architect, I make substantive contributions to the preparation, refinement and structuring of RFIs and RFPs to the customer side (request), and for technically substantiated proposals that meet customer needs and the delivery capacity to the supplier side (bid).

🧭 Technical project leadership

I provide a connecting role between IT teams, suppliers and management. I monitor technical coherence, optimal downtime and manage realistic execution of complex infrastructure projects. Ideal in trajectories where different suppliers, interests and technologies come together and clarity is required.
